OMAJ works with VA Community Care referrals to provide focused hands-on sessions for pain, recovery, and mobility support.
If your care coordinator sends a referral to our office, our team will contact you directly to schedule your first appointment and help guide you through the process.
Getting Started
- Request a referral for massage therapy or bodywork care through your VA care coordinator.
- Once approved, the referral is sent to our office.
- Our team will contact you to schedule your first session.

No-Show Policy
To help reduce missed appointments and protect scheduling availability, we require a credit card on file for all VA appointments. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $40 no-show fee.
Scheduling & Referral Information
VA referrals are typically authorized for up to 12 sessions within a 90-day period. Session length and treatment areas are determined by the referral authorization provided through the VA.
Treatment is limited to the areas approved within the referral. If additional areas need to be addressed, a new referral authorization may be required through your VA care coordinator.
Our office will do our best to schedule sessions consistently based on availability. Appointment reminders and required PROMIS forms will be sent prior to each visit.
