They are optional, prepaid, and designed to support consistency and progress.

When you’re ready to enjoy a session, you can book online, or simply text or call us and we’ll take care of the scheduling for you.
3. We Apply Your Credit Automatically
After your visit, one session credit is automatically applied at checkout. You’ll receive a receipt link with an option to add gratuity. And you’re good to go!

Terms & Conditions
1. Purchase & Validity
- All bundles must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Bundles are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
2. Transferability
- Bundles are fully transferable. You may gift sessions to family, friends, or colleagues.
- To transfer, simply provide the recipient’s name at booking.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to therapist and time availability.
- Standard booking policies apply:
- 24+ hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeit of that session.
4. Refunds
- Bundles are non-refundable after purchase.
- If you are dissatisfied within the first 15 minutes of a session, please inform your therapist. A replacement session or partial credit may be offered at management’s discretion.
5. Session Length & Services
- Bundles apply only to the session types and durations purchased (e.g., 3×60 min, 3×90 min, or 2×120 min).
- Upgrades to longer sessions may be made by paying the rate difference at time of service.
6. Health & Safety
- Sessions are provided in accordance with OMAJ’s therapeutic standards and professional boundaries.
- Practitioners reserve the right to stop a session if a client engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
7. Special Considerations
- Bundles cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or insurance billing.
- Pricing and policies are subject to change, but all purchased bundles will be honored under the terms at the time of purchase.
