Receiving care through the VA is simple.

1. Request a referral for therapeutic bodywork through your VA provider or Community Care coordinator.
2. Once approved, your referral will be sent directly to OMAJ Clinic.
3. We’ll contact you to schedule your first appointment and help coordinate your remaining visits.

Important Information

• VA referrals are typically authorized for up to 12 sessions within a 90-day period.
• Treatment is limited to the areas approved on your referral. If additional areas need to be addressed, your VA provider may need to submit a new referral.
• PROMIS forms will be sent before each appointment and are required by the VA.
• To help reduce missed appointments and keep treatment schedules available for all veterans, a credit card is required to keep on file. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are subject to a $40 no-show fee.
